In 2022-2023, with the support of ICOMOS Georgia and funding from The Barakat Trust, Dr. Tsitsino Chachkhunashvili and Dr. Irine Elizbarashvili conducted a research project titled "Study and Documentation of Islamic Baths in the Samtskhe and Kakheti Regions of Georgia." The presentation of the research results in the form of an electronic publication took place on February 27, 2023, at the Cultural Heritage Resource Center.
