ICOMOS Georgia is pleased to host Mariam Glonti as part of the Spring Internship 2024. Mariam is studying Bachelor’s programme in Art History at Tbilisi State University.

Mariam is interested in culture and cultural heritage studies, has experience in the field of archive work, and wants to continue working on the protection of cultural heritage monuments. During the internship, Mariam will get to know the field of Conservation and work alongside heritage professionals. She will be actively involved in ICOMOS Georgia’s ongoing projects as well as public events, which will help her gain relevant experience.

We hope that the cooperation with ICOMOS Georgia will contribute to Mariam’s career development and help her to get acquainted with international conservation principles.
